History
J&L Development is a full-service construction management firm specializing in the design and construction of religious facilities, commercial buildings and nonprofit projects.
Founded in Nevada in 1989, Jesse and LeaAnn Ferrer moved the company to the Boise area in 2005. Over the past years, J&L Development has become widely known as the general contractor of choice for religious facilities throughout the Treasure Valley.
The long-running success of J&L Development is based on relationships—relationships with clients, subcontractors and within the company itself. We believe what makes a project successful is not simply a focus on the destination, but an appreciation of the journey as well.
We are Jesse and LeaAnn Ferrer, Principles of J&L Development. Married since 1990, we have two grown children, one dog and 12 chickens! Emmett, Idaho is where we live.We have been members and Eagle Christian Church since 2008.
